Unser Gehirn hat die Fähigkeit die Welt in Kategorien einzuteilen. Wir erkennen Gesichter von Menschen oder erkennen Silben unabhängig davon wer Sie gesprochen hat. Das Gehirn speichert in
Schubladen. Dieses Wissen macht sich die Therapie in der Logopädie zu Nutze, wir bilden "Schubladen" bei einer Störung in der Wortfindung und / oder im Wortschatz.
Bei kleinen Kindern , bei denen der Wortschatz noch aufgebaut werden muss, werden die Schubladen angelegt; d.h. wir bauen Netzwerke auf. Wir benennen Wörter und belegen Sie mit Eigenschaften, z.B. Was ist alles groß oder klein, dick oder dünn? Was kann man damit machen? Was kann man alles essen?...etc.
Die logpädische Therapie bei Erwachsenen erfolgt ähnlich. Bei Wortfindungsstörungen nach Schlaganfall müssen die Schubladen wiedergefunden werden, welche "verschütt" gegangen sind. Oder bei altersbedingte Wortfindungsstörung wie Demenz , versuche ich den Verlust der Wörter/ Sprache durch Erhalt der "Schubladen" entgegenzuwirken.
